Cuba Libre recipe – classic cocktail

Cuba Libre in Spanish means free Cuba. Drink was founded around 1900 in Havana, Cuba, during the Spanish-American War and is today one of the most famous cocktails in the world. Recipe for a drink Cuba Libre is very simple and you can find it on the official list of cocktails IBA (International Bartenders Association). It consists of white rum, cola and lime juice.

 
 
 

Ingredients:

  • white rum (50 ml)
  • cola (120 ml)
  • fresh lime juice
  • ice cubes

Preparation and serving:

Into a glass filled with ice pour the rum, cola and lime juice. Mix the ingredients. For decorations, you can add a quarter of lime.
